Manage and oversee all processes from the feasibility stage to the start of serial production in new product commissioning efforts
Prepare the “Technical Specifications” for machinery and equipment to be invested in
Manage R&D activities
Conduct research on new products and new markets
Engage in market research and competitor analysis studies
Ensure the management and coordination of new projects in accordance with time, cost, and technical parameters
Play a role in identifying trends and new strategies related to the industry and processes
Coordinate productivity projects in the engineering field
Prepare technical drawings and technical specifications for product groups
Prepare usage and maintenance instructions for all machinery, fixtures, and equipment used within the company
Conduct quality and sourcing studies for raw materials and auxiliary materials to be used for the product during the new product commissioning phase

Graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Automotive Engineering departments of universities,
Engaged in project, prototype, and sample, R&D, and P&D studies in the metal sector,
Proficient in welding manufacturing processes,
Experienced in using ERP software, familiar with ERP systems,
Prepared bill of materials, capable of creating bill of materials systematics and ERP structures,
Knowledge of design software, preferably Solidworks,
Possess good written and verbal communication skills in English,
Knowledgeable in Quality and Lean Management Systems, committed to systematic work,
Capable of reporting according to performance indicators,
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
Experienced in team management,
Analytical thinker, researcher, and innovative,
Willing to travel (domestic and international), with a valid B-class driver’s license and active driving experience,
Residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa,
Eager to be part of a growing and dynamic team
